The headsets are shipped having the default factory fit, so it’s totally normal if headset doesn't sit perfectly the first time you put it on. You can easily adjust the straps to make the headset more comfortable. Here’s how to do it:
Put on the VR-headset, like you would a diving mask.
With one hand, pull the strap over your head while gently holding the headset in place with your other hand.
The length of the straps can be adjusted by using the velcro on the sides. Pull the straps tight or loosen them until the headset feels comfortable and your field of view looks clear.

One more thing: If you normally wear glasses, no worries! The VR headset can be worn over glasses with a frame width of up to 160 mm.
