If the controller stops working properly, first check the batteries. Are they empty? No worries — they’re super easy to replace, so you won’t be without your VR headset for long. Here’s how to swap the controller batteries:
Press your thumb on the back cover and slide it downward.
a) If there are no batteries inside, simply insert new ones.
b) If there are batteries inside, first check whether they’re placed correctly — plus to plus, minus to minus.
If everything is positioned correctly but the controller still isn’t working, replace them with fresh batteries. The controller uses 2 AAA batteries.
