Our software receives regular updates from our development team. These updates install automatically as long as the headset is turned on, has enough battery, and is connected to the internet. An update can take anywhere from 10 to 20 minutes, depending on your Wi-Fi speed. Once the update is complete, the headset will restart itself.
Headsets which haven't been turned on for several weeks/months, will not update automatically. These require to be turned on first and have an active Wi-Fi connection.
