In our EMDR‑VR module, it’s not possible to exit a session once it has started. This is a deliberate choice to prevent clients from accidentally pressing the wrong button during a session, which could interrupt their progress and break their concentration.
Once the session has finished, the client can turn off the headset by holding the power button for a few seconds — this is also clearly indicated inside the headset.
The next time the headset is turned on, it will return to the main menu where the client can choose from the available modules.
